What We Do Not Do

Submitted contact details are used for the warehouse quote, not sold to other companies.

  • We do not sell submitted contact information.
  • Quote submissions are not sold and are not treated as confirmed jobs or appointments.
  • Information is retained only as long as needed for quote response, operational follow-up, recordkeeping, analytics, and legal or business requirements.
  • If you want us to stop contacting you about a request, reply to the most recent email or call the office.

Request Terms

Published rates help with planning, but final scope is confirmed per project.

Rates and availability Published prices cover common services. Final quotes depend on freight count, timing, handling level, storage duration, and release scope.
Special handling Oversized freight, container work, unusual inspection needs, after-hours work, custom labor, and special delivery requirements may require a project-specific review.
Valuation and liability Declared valuation is not insurance. Coverage, limits, exclusions, documentation requirements, and any available valuation options are confirmed before service acceptance.
Scheduling Receiving, crew labor, pickups, and release support depend on confirmed scheduling and available space at the time of booking.
Tracking and opt-out Ad platforms, analytics tools, cookies, pixels, or call tracking may be used to measure quote requests. You can use browser privacy controls or contact the office to request a follow-up change or deletion where legally available.
